ROMANIAN MITITEI (MICI)
Mititei or mici is a wonderful dish of minced (ground) meats formed into kofte-like kebabs, which when grilled can bring your neighbours running! They are often eaten with ketchup and mustard, with plenty of beer and palinka (strong plum spirit) to wash them down with.
The meats used are usually pork, beef and lamb; but any combination of available meat and game can be used.
I found this recipe online: https://www.food.com/recipe/romanian-mititei-mici-276954 if you want to try making them for yourselves.
I also made this video which is very similar: https://youtu.be/WbWJ_JpcWQk
